Use the Old Elevator to make your way into the Old Pizzeria and then go down through the rubble until you reach the bottom. The True ending can be achieved by choosing to stay after 06:00 and then heading to the Old Elevator which can be found in the backrooms of Roxy's Raceway. Additionally, the disassembling of Freddy and Vanny can be incredibly off-putting, especially when considering the fact that Vanny is not one of the animatronics, but rather a person (Vanessa) in a suit. This ending is only slightly better than the Bad ending as, although Gregory does survive, Freddy and Vanny do not and the Pizzaplex reopens. The Pizzaplex closes but is set to reopen next season. Gregory then goes to a dying Freddy whose final words are "Gregory, you are my superstar". Gregory then makes his way to her control room and orders the bots to disassemble Vanny. The ending cutscene begins and Gregory and Freddy will make their way to Vanny's lair, however, Freddy will be disassembled by S.T.A.F.F. Then, when Freddy asks you "Do you wish to stay?", you must choose the 'Vanny' option. After doing this, you should proceed through the rest of the game until the front doors are open. In order to obtain the Dissassembled ending, prior to 06:00 you need to have completed the Fazer Blast mini-game and discovered Vanny's secret lair.
These endings are ranked on a star system depending on how difficult they are to obtain, with one star being the easiest and three stars being the hardest. The endings are based on how you escape while playing as Gregory and what choices you make in the game. Despite this, the latest release of Five Nights At Freddy's: Security Breach has rekindled an old love for the games in some, as well as ignited new interests in it for others. Therefore, I streamlined and renamed the tracks to be more like an official soundtrack (for example: Intro Theme was removed since the Main Theme is the same song, just cut off for the intro), while still being a gamerip, since there is no official soundtrack for FNaF: Security Breach. This person (dmich9), was the first to upload these tracks to his channel in the (old) specific order, after the game's release.
I mean no disrespect to the original uploader, as many people (myself included) thought that the version uploaded previously was in fact the official soundtrack, until I found this playlist on YT: There were also a few songs that were marked as unused despite actually being used in-game. For those wondering what happened to the other soundtrack, that one had a few inconsistencies and repeat songs.
